Delete your account.

You can permanently delete your Tyche account and the account data associated with it.

Delete from Tyche

  1. Open Tyche and sign in to your account.
  2. Open the account panel from Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm the request.

Account deletion is permanent. Sign out on devices you no longer use before deleting your account if you want to remove local copies of your library as well.

What is removed

Deleting your account removes your account record, active sessions, registered devices, and cloud library metadata associated with the account. Local music files, artwork, playlists, and listening history already stored on your devices are not deleted by a server-side account deletion.

Some limited information may be retained when required by law, needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or necessary to resolve a dispute.

If you cannot access the app, submit a request through the Tyche issue tracker. Do not include your password or other sensitive information in a public issue.
